We at Atlas Travel are thrilled to report that we have ranked #39 on Travel Weekly’s annual “Power List,” moving up the list from #42 last year. Atlas Travel first made the prestigious industry list in 2009.
According to the Travel Weekly analysis of this year’s Power List companies, many have been acquired by larger TMCs or are managed by foreign ownership. This underlines Atlas Travel’s unique position in the marketplace. After more than 25 successful years in business, at a time when many other agencies of similar size are being acquired, Elaine Osgood (our CEO) has chosen to invest in growth once again, honing her strategic vision for the company and rebranding Atlas Travel as a superior alternative in the global arena. Atlas Travel’s value proposition hasn’t changed, but it is being enhanced by a newly invigorated infrastructure. This positions Atlas to combine high-touch service in a growing network of regional hubs with an unprecedented investment in travel technology to deliver easier travel and better management to organizations traveling around the globe.
With new staff, new technology and new regions on the horizon, we can’t wait to see what the next year brings.
